Shipping Policy — Mindful Creations Woodworking

Processing Time All items are handcrafted with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and preparation before your order ships. Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business daysafter processing, depending on your location.

Large & Oversized Items Some larger pieces, such as live-edge slabs, large tables, or custom furniture, may require freight shipping. If your order qualifies for freight delivery, we will contact you directly to arrange shipping details and provide a quote.

Shipping Damage Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mindfulcreationswoodworking@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages Mindful Creations Woodworking is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If you believe your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. Please check back as we continue to grow.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website.
