Refund policy

We take pride in crafting quality handmade woodwork and want you to love your piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following terms.

Returns Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at mindfulcreationswoodworking@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.

Shipping Costs Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom & Personalized Orders All custom and personalized orders are final sale and non-returnable. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom work.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at mindfulcreationswoodworking@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
